WHERE IS HARD ROCK CALLING FESTIVAL TAKING PLACE

Hard Rock Calling has moved to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park! Click HERE for further information on what's happened since the Olympics left London town!

We're not going to be in the stadium, but right in the middle of the Olympic Park! The event arena floor will consist of a combination of grass, pathways and astroturf.  We advise customers to prepare for all weather and ground conditions.

To get there, we recommend utilising London Transport. Details of the services available can be found in the sections below.  Simply put, make your way to Stratford Station and follow the signs!

HOW DO I GET TO HARD ROCK CALLING?

We strongly recommend customers utilise local transport to get to Hard Rock Calling. Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is served by Underground, DLR, Overground and Bus services, details of which are available via the the links to the right.

There is no confirmed pick-up/drop-off point in the local vicinity and we strongly discourage customers from driving to the event.

There are no event run car parks. Black Cabs and mini-cabs operate from Stratford Station.

TRAVELLING BY NATIONAL RAIL

Customers can catch National Rail services that operate from London Liverpool Street with Greater Anglia Trains.

Stratford International train station is also nearby offering high speed links to St Pancras Internation and stations in Kent.

TFL Travel Tips

You’re on your way to the first festival at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. An iconic rock festival and a new iconic home.

Here’s some helpful travel tips to make the most of your day.

With no car-parking at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, please plan your travel in advance and know how you will be getting home after a music-filled day.

If your heading to the festival on the Sunday, please be aware that public transport services often finish earlier than usual, so whether you’re on the last Tube, bus, DLR, London Overground or other rail services for central London make sure your check for the last time they leave Stratford.

Soak up the music and enjoy your evening and give about half an hour for getting from the venue onto a train with all the other fans.

It’s important you plan ahead - all the latest travel information is available at tfl.gov.uk/journeyplanner .

If you are travelling home or to a destination outside London, don’t forget to check the time your last train leaves London. Your train operator will have details on their website.
